Alexa is a useful web site to check out the global or national ranking of your websites. Every website shows up at Alexa which has a unique rank between 1 and around around about 5 million. If your site is not among the best 5 million web sites, Alexa shows N/A (rank not applicable).

Cubestat gives a rough estimate of the value of a website.

PageRank shows you the ranking of your web site within 10 categories. The page rank 10/10 (like for google.com or yahoo.com) is the best and 1/10 is the lowest applicable rank.

Whos.Among.us gives you a nice little wigdet that tells you who is currently reading which of your web pages.

submitplus.com Some cool tools let you test and promote your websites for free. Especially on submitplus.com/freetools.htm you find helpful tools like Link Popularity Check, Load Time Check, Meta Content tester, Meta Tags Generator and Keyword Suggester. Also included: a free submission page, submitting your website to Alexa, Qiz-It, SearchIt, Jayde, WhatUseek, ExactSeek, Splat, Abacho and Amfibi.

BacklinkWatch gives you a list of webpages containing hyperlinks to your website. Be aware that this list can be incomplete!

RankingToday offers you SEO Tools like Site CheckUp, Meta Tag Analyser, Link Check, Real PageRank and AlexaRank.

eXTReMe TRACKING gives you (and everybody else!!!) a free feature to picture the visitors of your website.

CQ Counter is an alternative traffic tracker to eXTReMe TRACKING. Just check them out both. CQ Counter gives you all information on one page. eXTReMe TRACKING gives you some more details. Counter Service is a traffic counter invisible for the web visitors. Unfortunately this really good website is currently only running in German. The webmasters are working on an English version.

kloth.net offers some fancy tools like digging for DNS settings.

Jing is a free snippet that adds screenshots and videos to your online conversations. instead of typing at people, you show them what you're talking about. you can even add text and arrows to your captures :)

testbed provides a webpage that gives you the chance to test html codes online before you even pushed them live. Just enter some html code into a certain window and click on "display" to see how it looks online.
